9k. The embrace of Maximum Advantage ensures the self-inflicted inability to halt anything in motion. The political leadership has nullified itself through its complete reliance on inertia. The Technical Morality requires basic efficiency in everything, and applies itself. Like dogs, its multiple systemic products are conditioned to salivate on demand. Power and money are intoxicating, but not mutually inclusive. Cocooned, the inner circles easily forget which is respected and which is reviled. Too many tap dance on their own graves.

Investment in Maximum Advantage, thus depends on the life blood of the a priori decadent field. The a priori decadent field, as an extension of the herd's dependence on the statistical mean, fails to proactively anticipate and thus mitigate the influence of the heard. The result is the entropic cycle in which new life is rarely if ever added into the system.
